Elizabeth has over 17 years international experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Consultancy, Business Development and Management in Oilfield Services (onshore and offshore) for global companies including BJ Services, Baker Hughes (Baker Oil Tools Division) and Weatherford International. Areas of operations include Canada, USA, Europe and Africa. She was recently employed with Weatherford International’s East Africa division as Business Development Manager (EA) based in Kampala, Uganda in 2011 and was promoted to Sr. Business Development Manager (EA) base in Nairobi, Kenya in 2013.

Elizabeth’s trail blazing path includes being the first woman in Weatherford’s Sub-Sahara division to hold country and regional management roles when she was appointed Country Manager (Kenya) then East Africa Area Manager (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Mozambique and Ethiopia) from 2015 until 2017 before starting her own Oilfield Services company – another first for a woman in the region. Elizabeth holds a BSc. (Chemistry minor) from Mount Saint Vincent University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Dalhousie University both in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She is currently the SPE Chair (Nairobi Section), an active mentor to many young professionals in the energy sector and is a sought after presenter on Gender Diversity and Local Content in the Oil & Gas industry.

Bruce is a highly experienced Drilling professional with over 30 years (onshore and offshore) Drilling and Management positions for multiple international projects in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia as Director of Engineering, Regional Manager, Operations Manager, Directional Drilling Manager, Operations Drilling Engineer,  experience including senior roles with major global companies such as Shell, BP, Baker Hughes and Wintershall as well as consultancy drilling companies.

Prior to joining TOS, Bruce was the Drilling and Operations Manager for PanAfrican Energy TZ Ltd. where he successfully oversaw the Songo Songo offshore project. Bruce holds a BSc (Hons) Science Degree, IWCF Well Control Certification and is an expert with major well engineering software packages.

MS. RUHHIYYIH ``AUDI`` OKULLO - Kenya Director of Technical Solutions

Audi has 17 years of strong global experience in the Oil & Gas industry with a specific focus in Exploration & Production undertaken in six (USA, Nigeria, Gabon, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea and Italy) as well as onshore and offshore experience in various reservoirs – unconventional, sandstone and limestone.She has held senior roles at Chevron overseeing Well Construction services for Completions and Production Engineering. District Technical Engineer for Schlumberger Corp. in Well Services (Sand Control, Stimulation & Hydraulic Fracturing in conventional, unconventional and deep water).

Strong background in Operations and Wellsite Supervision (onshore and offshore) – Deepwater Rigs, Jackups and Drillships. Experience with Asset Management for Production Engineering, Formation Evaluation and Log Processing, Rock Mechanics, Pressure Management, Waterflood Management and Reservoir Engineering. Audi holds a BA Chemistry from Mt Holyoke College, South Hadley Massachussets, USA; Bachelor of Engineering and a Masters in Engineering from Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire, USA. She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (Gulf Coast Chapter) and American Rock Mechanics Society (ARMA).

Nana has over 19 years experience with US based companies in Manufacturing, including Automated Processes and Robotics, Quality Control,  Document Control and Digital Solutions in supervisory roles. Areas of operations were in Oil & Gas, Medical and Consumer Electronics. Prior to joining TOS, he was employed by Houston-Sigma Technologies (Oil & Gas manufacturing) in Sugar Land, Texas, USA where he was a Lead Team Specialist for:

  • Robotics (e.g. Surface Mount Technology and Automated Optical Inspection).
  • Prototyping of electronic circuit board manufacturing/proof of concept.
  • Building Oil Tools for major Oilfield Service companies including  Schlumberger – SLB and National Oil Varco – NOV).
  • 2D & 3D CAD file processing for automated machine programming.
  • Documentation of manufacturing processes including Bill of Materials, Shop Routing, Assembly Drawings, Statistical Process Control, Preventative Maintenance, Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair of Mechanical and Electrical components.
  • Production IT equipment management, software installation, troubleshooting and end user training.
  • Other clients included NASA, Double Barrel RSS and 1st Detect.

Other areas of experienced include:

  • Robotic assembly of radioactive sources.
  • Radiation training, handling and contamination/disposal procedures.
  • Manufacture & assembly of printed circuit boards using automated equipment.
  • Management of Production equipment IT network and computers.
